2010Committee Dissolved

New Committee

President: Morgan Fisher
Vice President: Paul Foster
Secretary: Tristyn Smith
Treasuser: Fraiser Scott
Vintinar: Len Buckland
Sergeant At Arms: Dean Collard
Media Officer: Damien Noonan
Safety Officer: Rob Serefino
Committee Member: Barb Grey

Old Business
.Club Items in need of repair: Rob has fixed Table and chest, looking into flags and will investigate other items in the club trailer.
.New Annex for Club: Approved by committee, Morgan to investigate
.Primary School Open Day: Awaiting info from Primary School, suggeted that we need adequate numbers in order to do this display well, "Do it well or not at all"

New Business
.Club events: Proposed more events to be held for club members to enjoy, mini feasts, invitation for inter club tourneys.
.Suggested return to Men At Arms and Archers as primary character for club members to portray.
.Archery: More club arrows to be purchased, by the club, to replace old and broken ones, Len to organise.
. Sunday Training will be resuming next year on the second sunday of each month at 1pm at the Leongatha Primary School

Timeline:
Tristyn will maintain communication with organising committee members, Rob to be in contact on the day with Jamie with relation to tournaments, and possibly setting aside an area or use of the tourney field for light sparing during the day for clubs interested.
Fighting: Full Face Helmets or Visors are reccomended
Archery: As Len will be unavailable for Timeline he has deputised Rob and Leigh to run the Warbow Display.

Archery Breakup:
Date: Sun 27th November 2011

Feast and Club Breakup:
Proposed Date Sat 3rd of December 2011
Place: Coal Creek Historical Village, Korumburra
Times:TBA
Coal Creek will be open to the public from 9am till 4pm
Medivel Dress is encouraged as the public will be seeing us
Porposed Medieval Games throughout the day
Medieval Tourney and Archery will be held during open hours, and evenly displayed.
Medieval Dress is encouraged
Archery tourney will be selfknock arrows only, Historical bows encouraged
Modern bows/arrows are discouraged
Fighting Field will be placed nearer the creek to give a better backdrop and lessen area to be cordoned off.
Prizes for Archery Tourney and Fight Tourney: Alex and Rob to investigate proposed items

Treasurers Report:
Current Balance $1957.02
